Return & Refund Policy
At Printesso, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece we create. Because our products range from curated collections to one-of-a-kind personal keepsakes, our return policy is divided into two different categories:
1. Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the permanent nature of the printing process, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for fully customized products. To ensure you are thrilled with your custom acrylic piece, please keep the following in mind before placing your order:
• Customer-Entered Text: We print exactly what you provide. Printesso is not responsible for misspellings, grammatical errors, or typos entered by the customer. Please double-check your text carefully during the design process.
• Image Quality: The clarity of your final product depends entirely on the file you provide. We are not responsible for blurry, pixelated, or low-quality results caused by low-resolution image uploads.
• Resolution Requirement: We strongly recommend uploading high-resolution imagery (300 DPI is ideal) to ensure a crisp, gallery-quality piece.
2. Static & Standard Collections
For our non-customized products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and free of scratches or damage. Return shipping costs for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Broken Items
We stand behind the quality of our shipping and our products. If your acrylic block arrives broken, cracked, or otherwise damaged during transit, we will make it right immediately.
To initiate a replacement or refund for a damaged item:
1) Take a clear photo of the damage and the packaging.
2) Email us at support@printeso.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3) Include your Order Number in the subject line.
Once we verify the damage, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
