Shipping Policy

At Printesso, each acrylic piece is inspected for clarity and quality before it leaves our studio. Because many of our items are custom-made to order, please review our shipping timelines below.

1. Processing & Production Time

Please allow 3–4 business days for your order to be processed.
Note: Production times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer several shipping speeds to get your memories home. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

• Standard Shipping Within Continental U.S: 3–5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping Within Continental U.S: 1–2 business days.

• International Shipping: International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on customs in your region.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Printesso is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@printesso.com immediately. If the order has already entered the production or shipping phase, we may be unable to make changes.

5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it:

1) Check with neighbors or your building management.

2) Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).

3) If it still has not appeared, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Printesso is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

6. Damaged Shipments

As noted in our Return Policy, if your item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please email support@printesso.com with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send a replacement.
